Overview
nomi ("we", "us") operates nomicards.com and the nomi mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect when you create or view a digital business card, and how we use it.
Information you provide
- Profile details you choose to publish (name, title, bio, contact links, photo)
- Username and theme preferences
- Payment information processed by Stripe when you upgrade to Pro (we do not store card numbers)
Information collected automatically
- Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability
- Your private edit key is stored locally in your browser — not on our servers as a login session
How we use information
- Display your public profile and QR code to visitors you share your link with
- Process Pro subscriptions via Stripe
- Improve and protect the service
Sharing
Your public profile is visible to anyone with your share link. We do not sell personal information. We use third-party services (Vercel hosting, Upstash Redis, Vercel Blob, Stripe) only to operate the product.
Data retention & deletion
Profiles remain until deleted. To remove your card or request deletion, contact us at support@nomicards.com. support@nomicards.com
Children
nomi is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
